هدف الطبيب هو تشخيص جنون كل لاعب من جميع اللاعبين المجانين . واحد ضد الجميع ! يلعب المجانين سويا كفريق , باستخدام الاشارات ليظهروا جنونهم لبعضهم البعض بدون ان يلاحظ الطبيب  

The doctors aim is to identify the madness of each of the other player who are all crazy. They’re one against all … the lunatics play together as a team, using gestures to show one another their madness without the doctor noticing
